Join our intelligence team to build the brain behind our coastal operating system. You'll develop machine learning models that analyze satellite imagery, bathymetry, and remote sensing data to track sediment dynamics and predict erosion. Your work will directly inform where and how our autonomous systems intervene to grow new land.

• ·Deep experience in applied machine learning with a focus on geospatial and Earth Observation (EO) data
• ·Proficiency with satellite imagery (optical, SAR) and remote sensing pipelines
• ·Excitement to build predictive models that drive real-world physical environmental changes
• ·PhD or MS in Computer Science, Geospatial Science, Physics, or related field

Translate complex ocean dynamics into sustainable land creation. You will design, model, and deploy our shoreline protection structures, ensuring they safely harness wave energy to accumulate sand. Building on our successful Maldives pilots, you'll adapt our interventions for diverse global coastlines.

• ·Degree in Coastal Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Hydrodynamics, or related field
• ·Experience with coastal morphodynamics, sediment transport, and wave modeling software (e.g., SWAN, MIKE, XBeach)
• ·Hands-on experience deploying and monitoring systems in the field or ocean environments
• ·Ability to bridge theoretical physics/modeling with practical, scalable engineering solutions

Drive the global scaling of our erosion-reversal technology. You'll build on our early successes in the Maldives by developing strategic partnerships with island nations, luxury resorts, coastal developers, and governments. You will turn land scarcity into abundance by owning the customer pipeline from initial outreach to large-scale deployment contracts.

• ·5+ years in business development, enterprise sales, or partnerships—ideally in climate tech, infrastructure, or government sectors
• ·Proven track record of navigating complex multinational stakeholders and closing high-value deals
• ·Existing network or experience working with coastal real estate, island resorts, or sovereign nations is highly preferred
• ·Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for climate resilience and coastal sustainability

Ensure that our land creation and coastal protection systems operate in harmony with existing marine ecosystems. You will monitor the ecological impact of our deployments, conduct environmental assessments, and work alongside engineers to design systems that actively benefit local habitats like coral reefs and seagrass beds.

• ·Advanced degree in Marine Biology, Oceanography, Environmental Science, or related field
• ·Experience conducting Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) in sensitive marine environments
• ·Knowledge of tropical marine ecosystems, particularly reef and atoll environments
• ·Ability to translate ecological data into actionable design constraints for engineering teams
